RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email at support@smjewelry, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Please note that you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, your product will no longer be eligible for return.
If you decide to return an order, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Be in their original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation

Be unused and in the same condition in which they were sent
Returns will not be accepted if there are:

Stains

Bent cards

Broken seals

Damaged or broken plastic wrapping
If the condition of the returned product is not acceptable, St Moritz Jewelry reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include:

Items purchased through retailers

Incorrectly purchased products

Products damaged due to customer mishandling
St Moritz Jewerly reserves the right to deny any return.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please contact our customer support team via support@smjewelry to initiate the return process.

Photo or video of the product to be returned (if applicable)

Full shipping address

In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photo or video of the defective product as proof in order to process a refund or replacement.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return.
We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund of the returned products will be issued.
For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling costs.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned item or the cancellation request.
Please contact your card issuer if you have any questions regarding when the credit will appear in your account.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
We allow modifications or cancellations of an order within 12 hours of purchase.
To do so, please send an email to support@smjewelry indicating your order number and request. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
